Refund Policy
At THE COUNTRY CLUB, we aim to provide the best possible experience for our members. We understand that plans can change, so this Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.
1. Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by law.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or relocation), partial refunds or credits may be considered at the club’s discretion.

Memberships cannot be transferred or paused unless agreed in writing by the club.
2. Events, Coaching Sessions, and Social Activities

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the event, a full refund (or credit) will be offered.

Cancellations made within 30 DAYS of the event may not be eligible for a refund, as venue and supplier costs may already have been incurred.

If the club cancels an event, members will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another event.
3. Trips and Travel Packages

Deposits for travel packages (golf or tennis trips abroad or within the UK) are non-refundable, unless the trip is cancelled by the club.

Balance payments may be refunded if cancellation is made before the supplier’s cancellation deadline; after this point, refunds are subject to the terms of our travel partners.

We strongly recommend all members take out personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, illness, or travel disruptions.
4. Merchandise and Products

Merchandise purchased directly from THE COUNTRY CLUB may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Members are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refund Process

6. Exceptions

Missed events or sessions without prior notice.
